Terms of service
Reservation Policies
50% of the amount will be held as deposit at the moment of your reservation and you will pay the other 50% before departure.
Payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners), bank transfer, paypal, cash (Euros only).
Cancellation Policies
- If you cancel 30 days before the tour’s date we will refund you the full amount of deposit.
- If you cancel 15 days before the tour’s date we will refund you the 50% of the deposit.
- If you cancel from 0 to 14 days before the tour’s date you will have no refund on the deposit.
- The refund will be issued within 15 working days and all the refunds will be deducted from the transaction, bank processing fees.
- No-show will be fully charged. If you cancel the same day, you will be charged the full amount.
- Any change on the amount of hours of your booking, if reduced, will be charged for the amount of your original reservation. In case you would like to add some hours to the tour, according to availability, will be extra charged directly by the Captain, following the published rates on the website. If you change your mind within 48h before departure, you will be charged for the amount based on rated options.
Delay Policies
- If you are late, send us a message on Whatsapp or call us, we try to do our best to find a solution on our schedule to have you on board.
- Any delay after 15 minutes can be delated by the Captain. Anyway, if you will have the chance of getting on board, you will lose the time of your delay and you will be charged for the amount of hours booked.
- Due to other exceptional reasons or weather conditions, it could happen that we delay your tour and your Captain will notice you about the delay within 30 minutes before the pick up. In that case, if the delay will be of 15 minutes, you will enjoy your tour as scheduled. In any other case, you will discuss directly with the Captain any other solution according to his availability.
Weather Conditions Policies
- You will receive a full refund in case we have to cancel your tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If the weather conditions are not suitable to cruise , we will do our best to reschedule your tour experience on a another day, hour or eventually we will refund you.
- If the weather conditions are suitable to cruise, but you would like to cancel the tour for any other reason, no refund is due and will be charged full price.
- In case we should have any reason for technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your tour experience on another day, hour or eventually we will refund you.
Damages
You will find the boat clean and cozy for you and your guests. So, if you or your guests causes any damages to the boat or extremely dirt it, you will be charged for the amount necessary to fix the damage or clean the boat.
Sickness
- If you suffer “seasickness”, be aware that also on the lakes you can have the same problem. So, if while cruising, you will feel sick, you first must tell the Captain and he will try to make a stop, change cruising or speed, to ensure you will feel better. The Captain can recommend and give you some helpful solutions for seasickness, if you will be fine with it. If the Captain will be required to stop the tour due to seasickness, you won’t have any refund.
- You can swim under your responsibility, and it is highly recommended not swimming before 2 hours after eating. We do not take any responsibility for any of these cases.
- If you or any of your guests have any health issue, please advise the Captain in advance.
Other policies
- It is strictly prohibited to bring on board and use any type of drugs or illegal substances.
- We will reserve the right not to embark you or someone in your group, if drunk or under drugs or not in the right conditions. In that case, you will not have any refund.
- More than 6 persons the price will be increased by 50€ per hour
